«The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room. When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!!»

«The female at the front desk was rude and snarky . 😠 The hotel required a physical credit card for deposit. Didn’t seem right. The reason I use Expedia is for security reasons and not giving out my credit card number . Beyond the front dest , I found the hotel clean comfortable and well maintained. Customer service means a lot to me and for this reason I will probably not return unless there’s nowhere else to go .»

«Check in was quick, the staff was great & the room was clean. There was an issue with the A/C; but maintenance got right to it, taking care of the problem. The breakfast was satisfactory and I had no issues with the parking. The desk clerk was extra helpful when we were looking for a close place to eat where my wife had special dietary requirements. I would have no problem staying there again.»

«The room was very large! Plenty room for family. The pool was beautiful. Also you can enjoy sitting around the firepit, there is an exercise room and also basketball area. Breakfast was excellent...It is large, alot of choices!!»
