Note; I booked the double queen suite, and I definitely recommend it; pretty much anything you could want in there & more. «Only stay at this property as a last resort. One or two staff members attempted to be helpful and most were friendly, but they are set up to fail given the horrible conditions of the rooms. Hot, hunid. AC that can't drop the temp below 74. Shirts come out of the closet damp. 3 nights stayed and never received housekeeping, other than the day I specifically asked the desk clerk to have them come replace the towels on the floor used to mop up the water due to the shower door gaps. On the website, it said free breakfast included, which wasn’t accurate, it was $10 per person. «The hotel is located in an area of town that is run down. When you walk in the decor is extremely outdated, potted fake plants with dust on them that look like they've been sitting there since 1985, a clock that doesn't work. It felt like a museum. The person at the front desk was in no hurry to assist us, then had to manually enter our credit card. Not a big deal, just another example of how outdated this hotel is. «Pros: Room very clean, modern, great air conditioning, comfortable beds. Very good room. Hotel overall clean, fresh, and comfortable Cons: Breakfast was hit or miss. Broken hot chocolate & waffles; no creamer or plasticeware; When requested some staff restocked, some didn't. Eggs, sausage, and hash browns were hot and good. So, overall we will stay here again.
