«We were greeted nicely by the Desk staff and check in went smoothly. We had a very nice double queen room. The room was clean,as was the bathroom.The beds were very comfortable and we spent a relaxing night. The Breakfast was swell,with sausage,eggs,biscuits and gravy,and a muffin. The coffee was good and fresh orange juice was good and chilled. Fairfield was a good choice for our road trip through Kansas City. I would highly recommend this place.»

«We checked in at 630pm and are rooms were not ready had to wait 1/2 hour asked the situation got a answer I dont know. When we got to our rooms they were clean beds were comfortable. Happy about that what happened with check in must have been a fluke because I have never had this issue at any Hampton Inn locations.»

The friendly staff, clean rooms, amenities and breakfast punch well above their weight at the Heritage Inn.for what we payed we got as much or more than other middle priced hotels we've stayed at. We would definitely stay here again!»

«There was someone already in my room and when I went back downstairs there were at least 6 other parties that had wrong room as well. There was also no water. Ended up driving home instead of waiting for the poor front desk lady to figure it all out. I feel for her walking into that shitshow at 11pm»

«They were understaffed - the ones who were there were doing their best and were very nice. But it took two hours to find any bedding that didn't have feathers and they didn't seem to understand how to check or keep them separate for allergy sufferers. The coffee was bad, nothing fresh or high in protein for breakfast (worse than usual hotels like this.) There was a dog across the hall that barked and howled until 12:30 am. «The two staff members I spoke to were both extraordinarily friendly and nice. That just really set this place apart among other nearby hotels that are similar, so I will go back. I've stayed several places in this town over the years, and this is my favorite so far. Parking is easy, and the location is walking distance of a street full of restaurants and a fabulous bakery, Radina's Bakehouse.»

«Staff were very pleasant but the property is kind of old and it needs an uplift. It would be nice if the owners gradually invest a little and spruce up the property to bring it up to par. But overall I would recommend it and visit again.»
