«The communication from Bicheno by the Bay was exceptional, making our check-in and checkout very simple (even considering we arrived after their reception had closed). We were given a larger room than we had booked, which was really lovely. It was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. It's situated in a great location close to all the local attractions and facilities (like the IGA). They provided a map of the local area and recommendations for where to go.
