«Excelente hotel👌»

«Either Expedia or the establishment is misrepresentating what is actually there. On the site they claim that there is a shared kitchen. No such thing. I paid an additional$350 for an upgrade. Large rooms, larger balcony with a view. I got nothing like this. I got an average room with an oversize bed smashed up against the wall and a very small balcony on the ground floor with room for only 1 chair. I wasted all that extra money on the upgrade and I got nothing. I complained to the staff, but got ...

«Excelentes funcionarios. Prestativos atenciosos e profissionais.

«As with the most hotels in Brazil the number of stars is often exaggregated. The hotell is OK, but the rooms and bathrooms are outdated. The breakfast is basic and heavy carbs-based which is common in Brazil. The bathroom was very outdated, but functional. The sound insulation is non-exisiting, we hear kids running in the hall, traffic outside - pretty much everything. The location is good especially if you stay short time - close to the airport, the historical area and the town. For a beach ...

«A 5 star Hotel..Great service at the front desk .Great reception. The bar and restaurant. Room service expecional...the staff is attentive and helpful ..Great breakfast. It's a beautiful place»

«Nice room, good service, beautiful swimmingpools and restaurant area outside»

«Dårlig treningsstudio. »
