«There was no room service, they never answered our phone call after 20 minutes of trying. A guest was yelling in the lobby after midnight. Multiple guests yelled for them to quiet down and there was no effort from the lobby staff for them to be quiet. I called down to see if there was a policy about quiet hours which was replied no. The bathroom had water damage all over, the wall paper was stapled to the wall and the toilet was not stable. I’ve stayed at motel 6’s that were nicer. ALSO, there ...

«It was a good location to stay the night before traveling further. The room was clean, staff was friendly and it was right on the beach. However, the walls were thin and you could hear the hallway noise & the noise from outside the window/balcony. The AC worked great while it was on but when it turned off the room immediately got warm & stuffy and we never even opened our balcony door. »

«Ok hotel, but horrible service. The booking info and the room we actually got was not even close,- the area is boring, and far away from everything. Great golfcourse, but find yourself another hotel, and drive here to play golf.»

«Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.»
