"We had two brilliant stays at this hotel during our time in Vietnam, and it truly felt like our home in Hanoi. After a fantastic 3-day trip to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, which the hotel perfectly arranged for us, coming back here was the highlight of our journey. The location is great, but what really makes this place special is the staff. They are incredibly service-minded and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning – a perfect start to a busy day of sightseeing. We would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Ding, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Ann, Lily, May, Jacob, Mr. Bob, and Vincent for their outstanding hospitality. You made our stay unforgettable! We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends traveling to Hanoi this summer, and we personally can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything!"
