«Staying here was a great choice. The area is currently under construction and a little far from the center. But the peace and friendliness of the neighborhood makes up for it. Lee and Long took excellent care of me. Halfway through my stay, I had made friends and started coming home later in the night. They kept an eye out for when I’d be home to make sure I got home safe. They shared meals and Lee brought me gifts from her trip to China. I’m grateful they made me feel so welcome so far from ...

«Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all ...

«This homestay was amazing! The host and her family are absolutely exceptional. Super friendly, kind and generous. The room was very comfortable, clean and the beds were comfy. The pool and the view from the garden is gorgeous. The kitchen is available to use which is super handy, and the breakfasts were made to order. The host really went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, even offering to look after our baby so we could eat, or hang up our wet clothes for us in her own garden. She ...

"We had the most wonderful stay here, the facilities were clean, the room was spacious and modern and the breakfast was delicious. The service and staff were outstanding and extremely accomodating. A very special thank you to the wonderful Louisa who was the most gracious host, welcomed and helped us all the way, and made this trip so memorable in the best way possible! We would also like to thank Justin who was also extremely kind and helpful. All around a wonderful experience and a hotel we look forward to staying in again!"

GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi

10/10 Utmerket

"De ansatte var veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig med hva det måtte være! Hotellet ligger veldig, veldig sentralt til, og det går an å gå til mye. Frokosten er helt nydelig og restaurant maten er også veldig god! Anbefaler varmt dette hotellet og kommer definitivt til å bo der om jeg drar til Hanoi ved en annen anledning!"
