«It has all basic necessities for a self-contained stay, the pool area with barbecue raises my grading of a slightly worn apartment motel. the manager is very hospitable, and gave plenty of critical and useful advice about dangers in swimming in summertime (jellyfish and insects) there are some good restaurant nearby, along a fabulous beach, a supermarket right up the street if you care to make your own food, and there are too many sights around to mention. «I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. »
