«Windy so leaves were blowing in lobby like crazy, that’s ok. I couldn’t figure out how to work the shower heads (yes multiple) and multiple faucets and nothing notated as to which worked which and I tried several ways. Even called and sent a photo to my husband to get his expertise. He just laughed. The fire alarm going off at 10:30 PM while I was sleeping scared the crap out of me. «The night we checked in shortly after unpacking, after we had driven from Dallas...the toliet didn't work. That was frustrating to say the least, however with that being said, the staff quickly moved us to another room and assisted with the move! That's good customer service. Things will happen, its the response and action that of the front desk employees that made an impression mostly! Thank you! The negative part of our stay was having to pay to park in a location that you're already paying ...
