«New hotel, nice amenities and location, staff was untrained, misinformed. Many construction issues or imcomplete work in rooms. Breakfast was weird. Njce property, great loaction, just need to train staff as they were telling us wrong stuff often. »

«Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean. There was handicap accessible Parking a few feet from the entrance that led to the elevators. Staff was so friendly and provided us with a room with a balcony. The Starbucks located in the main lobby offered a nice variety of coffee. The hotel was a 20 minute drive to most of the locations we visited Downtown over the Easter holiday. Arizona financial Theatre, Arizona Science Center, & Chase Field. Directly across the hotel is a small amusement park ...
