«The staff at check-in were very helpful and polite. The designated drop-off/unloading area was a big plus, especially since parking is a bit far. There’s a convenient area in the front offering coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. We stayed in a suite, which didn’t quite match the photos online. The room felt a little dated but was spacious, fairly clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to restaurants and nearby businesses. Overall, we would stay here again.»

«I’d describe this property as a boutique hotel, and it is truly beautiful. You absolutely cannot beat the location in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks from the plaza. In 15 minutes you can be in the heart of SF National Forest. The free parking behind the building is, of course, fabulous as is the access to washer/dryer (shared). Decor is top notch, and they have done a great job making good use of the fairly small space in the suite. However, I felt there was a lack of attention to ...
