«Property was in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. The home was very well kept inside and out. The outdoor courtyard area was very cute. The seating in the main living area was adequate for our needs. We did have a minor incident with the garage door remote not working and the hostess responded quickly with the repair needed (dead battery). Would stay here again!»

I am expecting a refund in 5 to 7 business days, which, while I understand the bank process, I find unacceptable since I was charged without my knowledge or consent. The management company didn’t respond to my texts in a timely manner at first but got better after we checked in. Description said a/c but it’s really a swamp cooler that we weren’t familiar with at first so we didn’t open the bedroom window the first night. Not pleasant. The gift certificate to Starbucks was a wonderful bonus and we enjoyed the provided snacks and bottled water. It was super clean and well maintained. If we found ourselves in Farmington again, we would certainly stay here if it was available. »

The first 5 places are taken by a store, then a large truck was parked. So we had a difficult time squeezing into the remaining space.
