«Instructions sent for location were overly complicated then upon arrival. host came out to the driveway and literally yelled at me about not following them to her specifications- again giving way too much detail without pausing. Later I contacted her through the app with a question and never got a response. Many type written signs in room & bathhouse- more snippy than necessary but guests clearly got the messages . I did experience some confusion on how to contact the host because the code we received didn't work and we had to get another code.We really enjoyed walking out the door wall onto the beach every morning.we enjoyed shopping in Tawas is just south of Oscoda.We are looking forward to returning in the near future»

«The property manager was available, the house was clean and everything was well stocked. I loved the seating area in the back yard. I thought the pet cleaning fee was high and didn’t see it at time of booking. The picture seems to show the porch is in the backyard but it is really on the side of the house.»

My wife actually ended up sleeping on one of the full size beds. «Unfortunately we would not return to this house. We loved the proximity to beach and the lake view from the upstairs bedroom, and appreciated the upstairs AC unit. That was about all we were able to enjoy… the place was very dirty, dishes weren’t clean, throw blankets were not washed and had awful smells. «Hot tub was an amazing perk!! && having laundry done before we get home is life saving. My mother in law wished the recliner worked :( && maybe a pull out couch would be nice so she didn’t have to sleep in the kids room, as my husband and i had one of the single bed rooms and my sister in law and her husband had the other, other than that it was great! nice and peaceful quite mornings with coffee on the back porch. next time we will definitely bring ATVs or some sort of off road toy.
