«The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication.»

Tania, Yani, and Narciso take care of everything for you and are so welcoming and friendly. Gabino and the Stevens ensure you have the information needed for smooth entry into DR. «Walkable to the beach was nice; had AC&Fans to cool off; English translation bit of a challenge. Kitchen counters bedding needs upgrading & some toilet plumbing issues. Needs handyman touch visit. Communication when worked to english through translator was awesome. Didnt have dryer for rainy days.Police station nearby was nice as other units could have very loud music....& As well close to strip of bars thus some overflow music»

«We had 5 adults staying here and we were all very comfortable and did not feel on top of each other as we all had our own space. A couple of small issues with a bathroom seat and a television that didn't work but nothing that actually affected the enjoyability of the trip. Location is perfect, close to everything in Sosua. House is really nice, the entire neighborhood is great. Would stay here again.»

«Overall a good stay with a few small issues and one BIG issue: -Those exterior furniture cushions were discolored and had mold on some spots (definately NOT same color as in the photo) -pool needs resurfaced/painted -Daily interruptions when i was ASLEEP checking on my stay (not exactly a bad thing but when you're in the middle of sleeping YES) -Biggest thing VERY LATE CHECK-IN!!! «The staff was amazing. They definitely made the trip unforgettable! Christina kept the party going every night. Her shots were amazing!! She was so fun. Jackie was the best. He makes the best Bloody Marys ever. He was so kind with all the kids, played with them, chatted with them and made them feel at home. They truly made the vacation one of the best ever. The staff was wonderful from the cooks, to the cleaners, to the bartenders! I would highly recommend to anyone!!»
