«Room was clean but had a damp smell the first day. With a little personal housecleaning smell no longer exists. We were offered another room. Because of the breath taken view, we kept the same room. Staff, was extremely friendly and always greeted us with a smile, with the exception of a few. However everyone is entitled to an off day. We did not utilize the swim up bar, but it was always full.
