«We went just after the storm, with half the resort operable and half the staff available, they went above and beyond. The lighting of the Christmas Tree gathering was beautiful and entertainment was provided every night. The room was immaculate, resort was clean and their hospitality was superb...we will be returning! »

«We had a wonderful experience. This trip was post hurricane so we did not know what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised the property was in great condition, the staff was very friendly, including the music director and our bell Hopper Dean. The beach was clean. There was plenty of beach furniture. The palm trees were green. I would definitely go back.»

«Fantastic stay overall! This is definitely our only choice when going to Jamaica! The property and surrounding views are spectacular! The staff is outstanding, and very attentive! The spa was so relaxing and the perfect addition to our stay! The beach is gorgeous and just steps away from the hotel! We rented a room with a private cabana, and were very pleased with that option! 10/10 highly recommend this hotel!»

«Had a good time at Moon Palace. The food was lovely, esp at Momo- Big up Shawn the Chef! My baby shark loved the kids club, giving us adults, peace of mind to enjoy some kid-free time. The room was spotless and bed extremely comfortable. Loved that the mini fridge was restocked everyday. Entertainment was good as well. Enjoyed the flow rider and the water sports. Highly recommend!»

"Nice all inclusive hotel, right on the beach. Good food at the restaurants and several bars to get drinks. It was clear that the entertainmwnt at this time of year was directed towards an adult group, since the entertainment only allowed adults to participate. This was not optimal traveling with kids 17, 15 and 10. The hotel has lost of what you need to a nice stay, but if you want to see more of Jamaica, you have to get a taxi or sign up for an expensive day trip. There was little to see outside the hotel. All in all, we had a great time, since the food was good, room nice and clean, great beach and the scoba center was great."
