«THE APARTMENT WAS AT A VERY NICE RESORT. THE CLEANING FEE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE VRBO PRICE NOR WAS THE INFORMATION ABOUT BUYING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE WHICH WAS OPTIONAL. THE MANAGER OF THE VRBO RESPONDED FAST TO ALL TEXT AND CALLS. LAST NIGHT OF THE STAY AIR CONDITIONER WAS BROKEN THE ENTIRE DAY BUT IT GOT REPAIRED. IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. «Property was as described. Clean spacious quiet and comfortable. Security was definitely not giving anyone access if guest did not not inform them of such. The host/property manager was prompt with sending assistance when needed and Christopher was quite pleasant and respectful to us. Definitely recommend and will book this again in future»

«This unit was perfect for us. My husband and I travel with my Mom who’s in her 80s. Having 2 king suites was ideal. We loved the spacious balcony where we could sum if desired or sit in the shade. It was just steps from the pool & beach. This unit is also on a quieter side. No late night shows or bars. The host answered all my pre-booking questions and checked in on us to make sure we had all that we needed.»

«We spent great six days at Serenity by the Sea in Feb 2024. Our host Charmaine was very helpful with all our requests and made great suggestions and recommendations regarding transportation and sightseeing, for example. She hooked us up with Kay Robinson who organized our transfer to the apartment from Montego Bay Airport. «We had a wonderful stay at Driftwood. This condo is exactly as described, decorated warmly, and is clean and well cared for - everything worked well and was easy to use. The balcony/patio is huge and amazing with a lovely view. We spent so much time on it. The condo complex is very quiet and peaceful with a clean and large pool that we had mainly to ourselves. «I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience.»

«This place is being renovated so if you like new it's not for you. It was amazing we had the best hosts and everyone on the property was nice and helpful all the time. The beach is beautiful and natural which makes it better than resort beaches. Very quiet and peaceful. I engaged to my gf in this vacation and it went absolutely perfect. Thank you again for hosting a great stay for us. IT WAS A DREAM»

«I loved everything about "Ocean Lovers Paradise". I am looking forward to my next stay. The host Sade was thoughtful, hospitable and easy to communicate with. Her property is definately an "Ocean lovers Paradise", serene, tranquil and safe. Exactly as pictured and even better in person. The view and sound of the ocean are unforgettable. «Clean, secure, 24/7 security. Owner needs to say its on the 3rd floor. My son is a woubded veteran and owner told me its 2nd floor after i booked and that was a lie. Its on the 3rd floor. Dont like the area its located. There is NOTHING hip about its located near the "hip strip" in Montego Bay. Would never go back.»

«The property is right across the road from the Doctor's Cave Beach and Starbucks. Very easy access to the shops along Queens Drive and walking distance from Margaritaville and short walk to all nightclubs. The apartment itself was clean but the bathroom was not well lit. The shower area was meh! But the host was very helpful and communicative. He came to pick us up from the airport and helped our luggage up to our room. The room has a kitchen and fridge, 4-seater small dining table outside the ...

"Overall nice, somewhere between resort and hotel. But look on Expedia, not their own website! Family of 4, with 2 kids (aged 4 and 7) Pros: Doctors Cave Beach is very nice, with good snorkelling. Good food, with plenty of options. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice rooms. Pool table, gym and chess board. Cons: Don’t trust their website… There is no kids club / kids room. There are some activities for kids on some days, but they might or might not happen. There is a schedule of activities, but less than half actually happened. Kids excited for dance lessons, but the instructor never showed. Same for other activities. And no one could tell us in advance if they were happening. Website also talks about several restaurant. There is only 2. The main buffet, and a grill open from 12-17. Pluss a café for some cakes/fruits. There is no Italian restaurant as advertised. Also, there is a road between the hotel and the beach. Not really a problem, but they give the impression that they are on the beach. You only get a free pass to use Doctor Cave Beach daily. Overall it was a nice stay, but as kids club/kids room was one of the reason we chose it, I can only give 3 stars. "
