«The Railroad House in McCloud, CA was really great. The hosts were very nice, the home was a wonderland of train memorabilia, the breakfast was fantastic. They even made a birthday card and special breakfast for my son on his day. If you are visiting the area, especially with children that like trains, check out the Railroad House B&B.»

«The things that are good about this house/property are absolutely amazing. Perfect for both adults and children. Literally my only problem was with the check in and check out time, but more the check out time. 10am check out is very early to get four adults and six kids packed up to leave on time. The owner was very nice and responsive. Just wish that the check in/check out times were set with large families in mind. Other than this, it was great!»

«Everything and everyone was great except that it was noisier than I expected. The carbon monoxide alarm went off after 9pm when the office staff was already gone for the day. I could hear one of the people in the neighboring room speaking. And, the train whistle blew loudly at 4 am; I had the windows open so the carbon monoxide alarm would not sound again. »

«The room was nice and extra large with a Mountain view, it was great except the toilet made a noise every couple of minutes. There were several large trucks parked on the street and around the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. »
