«I was somewhat disappointed. For a place that advertised luxury it wasn’t at all luxury. There was a distinct smell in the room and simple items that denote luxury weren’t there apparent. Couch was soiled and bath towels were thin and overages from years of use. »

«There were no air condition in the apartment. Very bad air in the room. We included breakfast, but the breakfast was in acafe next door, so we had to choose from a menu and stay whitin the price og the breakfast. I had expected a buffet. And we waited one hour for the food. Old fashioned hotel that had its peak in the 80’s»

«Mouillé Point Places is a convient location. Bus stop just out front and a Red City Sightseeing bus stop a few minutes walk up the street Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Bobo’s or Lily’s for lunch or dinner. Our flat had a lovely ocean view. The building has security guards on duty at all times. While we were there, the water heater in our flat broke and the maintenance team fixed it in about two hours. A great place to stay. DW Cincinnati USA»

«Hardly have words to describe how beautiful it is at The Crystal Apartments. It's even nicer in real life compared to the pictures. We got a room on the first floor, and it was so beautiful waking up and walking straight out on our private terrace, having a view of Lions Head mountain. Camps Bay is also the best place to watch sunsets. Our apartment was HUGE, with a beautiful and social kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a bathtub. «The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service. «Great area and property ! Travelled from the uk with family to Cape Town on holiday . Everything in apartment was fine except they could do with having fans or AC. Especially for those of us coming from colder climates not used to the heat there. Check in process could be better too . Overall safe area with a lot of security, it’s a gated community so you feel very safe .»

«The view is what sells the apartment .. it's all downhill from there really. Or should I say 'uphill' as there are 53 steps and 4 potholed paths to get to and from the top apt. Had the number of steps been advertised I would not have booked a stay at the Cove. There is quite a lot of noise from the road and railway which runs right outside. If the look they were going for was 'shabby chic' .. they certainly achieved 'Shabby' ! Walls marked and plaster crumbling away in various places.  ...

«Fint hotell som ligger sentralt. Ikke så mye å gjøre i gå avstand fra hotellet. Bra asiatisk restaurant på hotellet. Litt lite basseng. Hyggelig personale som hjelper til med det meste.»
