«First time to the Mountain Home area and could not be happier with our choice of places to stay. The owners live on site and run the on site restaurant. Check in was a breeze. Went to the restaurant and meet the owner. She was very friendly and even helped us get a reservation for the evening at the restaurant.
The small 1 room cabin was perfect. The views of Lake Norfolk was perfect as well. The owners prepared the cabin for every situation. It was a tad bit cool. After looking around we found ...

«Great breakfast with real scrambled eggs and sausage!
Friendly staff but check in was a bit stressful no key cards and had to find another staff member to find one. Standard practice a husband and wife both receive a key card.»

«The room was just kind of scary floors they felt uneven in the carpet felt old. The woman at the front desk was really rude. I got charged twice from Expedia and the hotel and she just got very short with me and kept saying you have to go to Expedia I don’t care the lady at the restaurant was super nice though and the restaurant was pretty good. The food was good.»

«Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken,
Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape!»
