«The price we were charged was for the premium glamping trailer. What we were assigned to was the cozy glamping trailer. The price charged was twice what the cozy option cost. Everything in the advertisement and the selection we chose was for the premium option so the initial price was not a surprise. When we got to the assigned accommodations, there was major disappointment to say the least. Next time we will call the property directly to avoid disappointment and overcharge.»

«The property and pool were very clean, but the cabin we stayed in was pretty gross. There were crumbs and hair in the drawers in the kitchen, toothpaste smeared on the cabinet in the bathroom, the shower drain clogged and did not drain. There was dirt all over the place had not been cleaned very well in a long time.
