Under Canvas stay, thought it was our first at this location. We knew what to expect overall, and the staff went above any beyond those expectations. My spouse was (unexpectedly) on crutches for this trip, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating of the extra needs we had because of that. It was also really apparent to me that everyone we encountered on the staff was upbeat and forthcoming about how much they liked ...

«The room was quite large with a balcony with an awesome view and it was super clean and quiet. We were on the 4th floor. There is an elevator, but we often took the stairs because it was faster. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was good. They also have a water bottle filling station in the main lobby that I didn't find until we were checking out. The shuttle down into the village was easy and quick (every 15 min during peak times) and was so much better than pay $6/hr to park... ...

«The cottage was beautiful, new, and clean but the cottage I reserved through Expedia was cottage #9 which butted up to the woods with a very private deck with hot tub. The cottage we were given was cottage #7 wich sat right in the middle of 3 other cottages - no privacy at all. I would not have paid the high price to stay in that cottage. Very disappointed!»
