«Be sure to call the guest service phone numbers from a place with cellphone signal BEFORE you get to the guest house because if the door code doesn‘t work you‘ll have to drive a few miles to find a cell signal. It happened to us both days. We were finally given the code to the key lock box outside the door. I felt a bit misled by the listing stating this is one bedroom, as I would consider it a studio space; the pictures did not show the futon as being only a few feet from the bed. «We needed a calm getaway over Thanksgiving break after a hard semester at school and work. We arrived late Sunday night and let ourselves in. Its a brand new cool building with super cool features, I won't spoil it, and a nice hot tub on your private deck. Perfect!
