«We loved our stay at Las Gaviotas! It was such a clean and beautiful home! Literally steps from the beach. My three little ones loved it! Very nice spacious kitchen to cook in and with a beautiful view.The bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies! The grill out on the patio was perfect and my husband was please with that. «I absolutely loved this home, the hot tub was so relaxing and the setup is very comfortable. The view of the beach and ocean was breathtaking. So clean and so many conveniences like coffee and water. It's located on the bay past the resorts, so it has a safe feel to it. Definitely will stay again. »

«We had such a great experience staying at this Rocky Point home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. «First of all the property is beautiful and the place we stayed at was clean very nice the decor is beautiful. The security guards are very helpful especially Daniel he helped us decide what the best beach was as we only had a limited time there. I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely plan on coming back here. «Awesome beach front property!! We have stayed in several other properties here in Rocky Point and this house is top of the list. Nothing beats being right on the branch and plenty of space for our big group. We would rent here again in a heartbeat. The host Boan was great! The house was clean and comfortable.
