Byhus i Nord-Sardinia

"Dette er et fint hotell med 3 stjerner. I mange land hadde nok dette vært klassifisert som 4-stjernes. Fine rom med stort bad og balkong. Fantastisk frokost. Eneste problemet (som var i hele Sardinia) var at man må vente lenge på å få servert kaffe og i dette tilfellet var de 2 damene som serverte kaffe (sikkert litt overarbeidet) nokså lite serviceinnstilte eller blide. Vi nordmenn er vant med ganske mye kaffe til frokost, så da er det litt tynt med en til nød 2 kopper:) Et annet lite problem var alle vepsene som til enhver tid surret rundt maten og oss. Folkene i bassengbaren var veldig hyggelig og blide. Likeså de som jobbet i resepsjonen. Kjempepluss med inkludert transport til LaPelosa. Vi hadde leiebil men selv i lavsesong vil du få problemer med parkering. Ellers er det et par mindre og fredelige strender i gåavstand. Byen er også nærme og har noen få gode spisesteder. Alt i alt et flott opphold "

"Flott hotell i gangavstand til flyplassen og kjøpesentre. Vi hadde halvpensjon og utrolig nok middag på en Michelin restaurant!? Utrolig fornøyd med både mat og opphold. "

"We were really looking forward to our 8-night stay and paid a premium expecting a true 5-star experience. Unfortunately, the reality was a huge disappointment. The room was incredibly small — barely enough space to walk around with two suitcases and clothes for an 8-day stay. The limited space made it uncomfortable, and the cleaning was average at best. Our balcony faced a noisy parking lot, offering a terrible view and none of the peace we had hoped for. Breakfast was far from what you'd expect at a luxury hotel — mostly sugary pastries, very little in terms of healthy or standard options like eggs or even bread. Items constantly ran out and we had to ask for basics like glasses, coffee, and refills, waiting for staff to get to us. There was no coffee or tea provided in the room. A machine could be requested, but you have to pay for the coffee capsules — again, not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The beach area was another letdown. Only four sunbeds were available for free, without umbrellas. Everything else required payment — starting from €100 per day. For a hotel that charges premium rates, having to pay extra just to lay comfortably on the beach is unacceptable. The on-site restaurant was also overpriced with a limited menu. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. I’ve travelled extensively and stayed in many true 5-star hotels around the world — this unfortunately was not one of them."

"This hotel is amazing and was way beyond what i expected it to be. It’s not so easy to see on the pictures if the hotell is fresh and clean. But it is, and I’m surprised this does not have 5 starts compared to some other 5 star hotels we stayed at. The hotel is situated by it self in a natural reserve, the view and beach is absolutely amazing. It’s not over crowded and the staff is very friendly as well. I can not recommend this enough."
