«Beautiful historic manor house that was tastefully decorated. Excellent value for money comfortable stay. Friendly staff. It's a privilege to have access to this beautiful historic home. Although it was old, it had a fresh interior & was in very good condition. Our bedroom was large, we had a very comfortable bed and lovely spacious ensuite bathroom. «Me and my boyfriend came to aveiro for two nights to see the city. This arts house is a small art museum with a private tour that takes about 15 minutes during check in. The room was super clean with air conditioning and a very good vibe. The place felt very welcoming and the staff were very nice. It’s also in an amazing location, 2 minute walk from downtown and right beside the aveiro museum. «The house was very clean and spacious, warm and comfortable, with a real log fire to complement the central heating. Our host Paula, a lovely lady, was an excellent host and very helpful, especially when Portugal was affected by a major power outage - she responded with torches, candles, warm soup, heating up a meal for us and a vacuum flask of hot water! We spent a fortnight exploring the Montesinho trails on foot and bike, and enjoyed it immensely. Rural northern Portugal at its best.»
