"Hotel Edda was a pleasant hotel situated on a hill overlooking Akureyri. There is an uphill walk from the town center, which may be challenging for people with mobility impairments or those using a wheelchair. We were two people staying in a double room. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The hotel reception was staffed 24 hours a day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a large dining hall where breakfast was served. The breakfast was continental in style."

"Hotel is about 5mins with car from city center. It smells nice here all the time, there is a common dining room, jacuzzi and is pretty calm. Perfect if u want to have some peace. Big parking for cars."
