«Hospitality at its finest. I was totally impressed with the level of communication and the willingness to help us make the stay was unbelievable. The home felt welcoming and cozy. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom had everything we needed. The decor was modern and unique. The location is great! There are great restaurants, bars and nightclubs within walking distance. Coors field and Ball arena are very close as well. 10 out of 10!»

«The best hosts. Very personable and interesting. We got to know Herbie very well, and he was accommodating and interesting to chat with. This place is why we stay at these kinds of rentals rather than impersonal and cold hotels. The beds were comfortable and everything was adequately stocked even with our demanding coffee habits. The space was a great landing pad and offered some respite from a busy family trip.»

«This place was amazing. If you have a larger group and need more space, it is perfect. A big open living room, plenty of bedrooms and a large open kitchen. I got the best sleep ever on the comfortable bed, and the hot tub was an awesome added touch. The location is good if you are looking for somewhere reasonably close to concert venues on the north side. They are still doing some imorovements to the place, but I will definitely keep this place in mind for a return visit. »
