«Renter beware! The host for this place is the worst! I have never been disrespected before by any VRBO host and I have been renting for over a decade all over the country. Due to this terrible host, I won’t ever rent in Dayton, Ohio again.I had to contact VRBO over 5 times with one being at check in because we never received check in information. Nice interior space with classic architecture and woodwork. Tastefully decorated, clean comfortable rooms and a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good communication with the owner. The furnace kept the spaces warm with evening temps below freezing. We can recommend this apartment. »
