«The front desk person was extremely nice and helpful when certain issues were brought to their attention. However, there were many issues with the cleanliness of the room that was later discovered after returning from an outing that evening. The comforters on both beds had stains (food stains - clearly not attended to by housekeeping). The desk chair looked as if it had not been cleaned in months (dirty and stained). The floor had all types of hair and food particles on it (mainly the ...

«The bathroom was not in the condition I expected. It looked outdated, the shower water did not drain properly, and the toilet could not flush solid waste effectively. The entire hotel also appears quite old and could benefit from renovations and better maintenance. Regarding breakfast, the hotel advertises that breakfast is available, but it was not provided as expected, which was misleading. Overall, if you are looking for a modern, clean, and classy hotel, I would not recommend this one.»

«Avoid this place at ALL costs. My Husband and I were there for 40 minutes and in that amount of time we saw sketchy people hanging out and doing drugs in the parking lot and playing loud music out of their cars. The room itself was not cleaned well. We saw two bugs in the bathroom, no handsoap. The counters were sticky and we also found a bug crawling in the bed. At this point we immediately grabbed our things and were able to get a full refund (the only positive).»
