«Apartment was clean, sheets nice white and crisp, kitchen had everything you need, TV was good (lots of rain so that helped lol)....Communication was very good and lovely staff who changed our room to downstairs and allowed us into room at 11.30am instead of the usual 2pm....2nd time we've stayed here and will definitely stay again....»

«Even though our stay was only 1 night , it was great , very comfy bed in main room, complimentry bag of fire wood just enough to take to edge off the cool night air , great kitchen , great veiws of the valley looking towards Malaney , The only critisism was being able to hear the neighbours upstairs when walking around in their unit . 9/10»

«The kitchen was fully equipped apart from the coffee machine that was mentioned on their advert and very clean and roomy. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back again when in the area. Highly recommend. The only thing I would like to mention is in their maintenance inspection they omitted replacement of two downlight bulbs. One in the lounge over the lamp and in the bedroom on the window side. However this may been purely because they ran out of bulbs as they replaced three or four in the ...

«We get an annual car service in Maroochydore, coming down the night before to be first off the blocks as we have a 2.5 hour drive back afterwards. We have stayed at Nightcap at Northern Grounds previously and again on Monday evening. We found the renovated rooms very comfortable, clean, well stocked with tea and coffee making provisions. «The good bits: - free Netflix (especially on a rainy day) - air conditioning - quiet at night (using earplugs) - helpful staff member - let me borrow an umbrella and leave my luggage in the room before departing for the airport The not so good bits: - poor signage and check in instructions for people arriving without a car and in the pouring rain. - Lack of shelter at the food truck when waiting for access to room - no floor mats in rooms to wipe feet and prevent wet floors. We had some issues when we tried to stay here the first time but when I complained they responded very quickly and then gave us a complimentary stay and refund! They didn’t have to do that but I’m so impressed that they did. Would highly recommend this hotel! »
