«Great place fairly new. 3 full bathrooms nice large bedrooms. Great big walk around deck. Good for stargazing at night. Private access to the river. Make sure you take water shoes for the rocks. There’s also an outdoor shower if needed. The only problem was the well water smelled pretty bad. Not drinkable. Take plenty of drinking water. I wouldn’t even use the washer to wash my clothes. It melt that bad. That’s the only reason I got a four out of five.»

«This was an amazing rental home with all the “creature comforts” at your disposal. They truly thought of any and all needs you might have. It was “squeaky clean” in all areas. The host was very good with communication throughout the period from when I booked until the actual stay-prior, during and after. When in the Bella Vista region again, will definitely book with this particular provider.»

«Such a great stay!!! First sell - dog friendly and a great outdoor space for ours to run around :) Second major sell - having full access to the garage for all our outdoor toys. Third sell - you could not beat the price for what all this house had to offer in terms of comfort, space, privacy, and supplies. And the location was perfect - out of town, but a quick drive to wherever you wanted to go. The house was clean, cozy, and homey! The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Back deck is a great ...

«I did want to let the land lord know the grill didn't work, caught fire. But we didn't know if it actually came with the house. We were fine with out it. Other than that. It was the most Enchanted home so many items to make fine pics from . The view was breath taking. I will definitely stay again. I hope the will have me back. I was not feeling well. I'm counting on my kids to have done a nice job. Yes they are grown. Well worth every penny we paid !! The owners take pride in their property ...

The location was perfect-peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, while still being a short drive to trails, golf, and nearby Bentonville.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Bella Vista!»
