«I had a fantastic 4 night stay in this guest house. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped in the door. The room was very nice and comfortable and the breakfast in the pleasant breakfast room was superb with choices between full English breakfast and smoked salmon among other choices. Free and fast good WiFi connection. Beautiful view of the English Channel from either outside benches or glass veranda by the entrance. I will definitely return to the Beach Front Guest House next time I visit ...

«The staff were very polite nd friendly. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a kettle with loads of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. There was a shower in the bathroom . With very large towels which smelled lovely . Lots of shampoo, shower gel snd body lotion supplied. I will definitely be going back »

«We couldn't have had a more ideal accommodation for our stay with 2 teenage sons. The parking space was invaluable, as parking is an issue in Rye. EV charging at the back of the building opposite. Not the most scenic of settings, but safe and quiet and a few minutes' walk to everything in Rye. Super well equipped kitchen. Family seating in the lounge and very comfy beds. Good shower (although the grouting could do with a bit of TLC). Friendly welcome from the lady at the motel (which I presume ...
