Two queen beds sleep up to four, and a dining nook makes it easy to enjoy a meal in. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker, and a shared washer and dryer is just down the hall. Step outside to downtown restaurants, shops, and the riverfront.

Everything you need is in one bright, open room: two queen beds, a dining nook, and a kitchenette stocked for coffee and simple meals. The bathroom has a tub and shower, and fresh towels, linens, and toiletries are provided. The studio sits at the quiet end of the second floor hall and is reached by stairs, with a shared washer and dryer just down the hall.

Pets are welcome! Up to two pets are allowed for a small fee. The studio is up a flight of stairs, and the nearest spot for walks is just across the street. Free parking is available on the street out front, in the lot across the street, and in the lot on the side street. Several gyms are nearby.
