«The property is just as pictured in the listing and is beautiful. Communicating with the property manager was a bit of a challenge. They list a phone number but if you don't have a working cell phone when you land, the number is useless. They suggest communicating by WhatsApp and that is fine, as long as you have the internet, which you will not have in your vehicle. Jimmy house manager was right on any issues! Mercedes and her crew kept us cleaned up and the pool guy was great! We used the recommended Chef for 3 nights, very good and very reasonable. «We had such a fantastic time at this lovely house in Potrero that my kids still lovingly refer to as “our mansion” - we were treated like royalty for a few days by our masterful chef and lovely cleaning staff, as well as Moises, our bartender. It was very hot when we stayed, and we had a bit of trouble with the AC units, but help came promptly and everything was repaired. I give this property my highest recommendation!»
