«Not very hacienda style design. Poor food, nothing to do beside being at the pool or in the standard pool. Beach ok to look at, but can't really use it or swim in the sea. Could be anywhere, far from anything resembling the real Costa Rica. Offering extremely expensive transportation to airport, added another 165 usd to the bill for a 45 min drive in the early morning in a worn out Toyota Lancruiser. But beautiful view to the Pacific. And reception did change my room to one with actual sea view ...

«This resort was small but beautiful! The staff is so friendly and helpful , the room was simple but very clean and perfect for us. It gave a real Costa Rican experience versus a larger more modern resort . Food was amazing 10/10 , drinks delicious, coffee hour was great ! We loved their iced lattes. The beach is beautiful , the staff will bring you chairs and the kayak is free to rent. The resort is very quiet , relaxing and never was filled to capacity . We loved it here and will come back! »
