«We had an amazing week at the W…really exceeded all our expectations! The property was gorgeous with amazing views and a very nice, spacious beach. The room was great, especially the rainfall shower heads! The vibe of the was a perfect mix of chill and upbeat. But a huge shoutout to the staff which were amazing. «Not very hacienda style design. Poor food, nothing to do beside being at the pool or in the standard pool. Beach ok to look at, but can't really use it or swim in the sea. Could be anywhere, far from anything resembling the real Costa Rica. Offering extremely expensive transportation to airport, added another 165 usd to the bill for a 45 min drive in the early morning in a worn out Toyota Lancruiser. But beautiful view to the Pacific. And reception did change my room to one with actual sea view ...

«We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at the resort. The staff were so kind and really caring to the kids. The food was top notch and comforting. Every day had a different theme. The drinks were great too. The property is set facing the beach and the views during sunset are really beautiful.
