Helt ok hotell, et stykke unna alt. Finn deg et hotell nærmere båthavnen, superhyggelig område med mange restauranter, sightseeing og shopping. Ta uber til hotellet fra flyplassen, vanlig taxi krever € 40 for en 8 min kjøretur.

Called the day before to ask for early check in. They were very helpful and made me believe it should be ok. Got there one o clock and early check in was impossible. The staff didnt even try to help and never looked me in the eyes when i talked. Didnt check in before 15 min past three. Only stayed for a night but i payed a lot of money to have a great last night and the staff kind of ruined it for us.

Hotellet ligger fint til på strandpromenaden. Flott basseng på taket i 8 etasje og strand der man kan leie solsenger fra 16 euro. Hotellet er lett oppusset og synes godt at de har tatt snarveier på oppussingen av rommene. Badene er enkle og slitte. Måtte bytte rom 3 ganger i løpet av oppholdet, siden vi ikke fikk det vi hadde bestilt. Frokosten var grei, du måtte betale ekstra for omeletter, pannekaker og stekt egg. Hotellet står ikke i stil til hva vi betalte og står ikke i stil til et 4 stjerners hotell.

Vi koste oss på det moderne, enkle, rene rommet, som hadde alt. Kirkeklokkene var litt intense kl 8, vi hadde rom mot byen. Deilig basseng på taket. Litt kamp om sengene.

For dårlig service
Bestilte og kunne dokumentere at jeg hadde med frokost, men hotellet sa det var en feil fra søkemotorene (hotels.com/expedia) side. Og at vi selv måtte ordne dette med søkemotoren. Jeg syns et såpass dyrt hotell burde gitt oss frokost og selv krevd dette tilbakebetalt enn at jeg som kunde skal ordne det!

Ekstremt varmt på rommet til tross for kaldt ute. Gikk ikke an å ha vinduet oppe pga biltrafikk. Minibar/kjøleskap virket ikke. Veldig harde senger, som sammen med varmt rom, resulterte i dårlig søvn. Noe kald varmmat ved frokost. Dårlig opprydning ved svømmebasseng. Upersonlig hotell.

This was a great place for us to stay given it’s location to the beach, walkway to city center and old town and for those days we were tired, we took the Tram just behind the hotel. Only Pascal was helpful. The other staff struggled to understand us as we mostly spoke English. This resulted in us not being able to order room service or get the front desk to help us make change/smaller bills for tips around the hotel. Pool staff girl nice was haggard and we didn’t want to bother her for drinks cause she was so tired and busy.

The hotel and staff were great. Very clean, spacious rooms. The area behind the hotel is neat if you’re willing to explore. There is a great crepes place and kabob place within walking distance. There is no shop in the hotel for drinks and snacks, but there is a fully stocked gas station next door. We rented the scooters from the hotel everyday. Barely needed to drive. Uber is quick in the area. Loved our stay in Nice ❤️

Below Expectations at Radisson Blu
Expecting the high standards synonymous with the Radisson Blu brand, my stay at the Promenade des Anglais location in Nice was disappointing. Initial communication challenges set a disheartening tone, with unanswered inquiries about parking. Upon arrival, the lack of responsiveness from the front desk and a malfunctioning parking gate intercom were early indicators of service deficiencies. The room's condition further detracted from the experience. An unplugged minibar, a malfunctioning soap dispenser, and décor featuring poorly applied fake-wood stickers highlighted a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, cleanliness concerns were raised by red stains on bathroom tiles and hair in the bathtub not belonging to me. Bar service was inadequate, with a limited selection of beers. The culinary quality was also lacking, as evidenced by a hastily prepared burger that seemed microwaved. Housekeeping services were below expectations, with missed replenishments and inadequate cleaning. This stay revealed a significant gap between the advertised Radisson Blu standards and the reality, emphasizing a need for improvement in service, maintenance, and overall attention to detail.

Great view and location
Lovely hotel, room was really spacious and had all facilities needed. Just needed water and coffee provisions to be replenished in the room daily and also a better area for eating downstairs. Food was excellent. Great location for sightseeing
