Dear Patricia,I am stunned by your comment which is dishonest and very unfair.You arrived earlier than check-in time, and I informed you that unfortunately it was not before 3 p.m. because I would like to complete the formalities at the same time as handing over the keys to your room, however I will not have never refused access to our lounges.You have benefited from a double sea room of 18m², which is decorated (but perhaps not to your taste, this is possible).As for the reception room which is also the bar area, it is obvious that the only consumption authorized is that of the establishment and not that of outside that you have purchased. You simply did not appreciate that one evening, when you came back with a pizza, and sat on the terrace, I informed you that you could not dine here, given that I was serving customers who had reservations, dinner.When you go to a restaurant, do you bring your own food?You yourself noticed and saw that I took care of everyone, both at the bar, at reception, in the rooms... so if for you to be with all the customers and ensure that they have a pleasant stay is not the service, I wonder what you need? For your information, I have a lot of interest in all our guests, and that's why 95% love them and come back.In the future, avoid saying that your stay went well at check-out and hypocritical smiles.
