This is a fantastic and charming apartment with an ideal location in the footsteps of the Old Town and a balcony with a sea view. The living room has a dining table for four, a sofa group and a TV with access to the balcony furnished with a table and chairs. Here, you can relax after a well-spent day with a glass of rosé in the evening sun.

One bedroom has a double bed and access to a separate bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom comes with a bunk bed. The second bathroom is also modern and has a shower and a WC.

This apartment has an idyllic location between the Old Town and Promenade des Anglais and the Sea. From here, you reach the famous flower market Cours Saleya in two minutes, and the Old Town welcomes you with more restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and galleries than any other place in Southern France.

Note: The elevator starts from level one.

Perfekt beliggenhet!

En moderne og velutstyrt leilighet i en gammel gård ved inngangen til gamlebyen. Balkong med fin utsikt til promenaden og sjøen. Heis. Stille og rolig selv om det er veldig sentralt, og bare noen skritt til stranden! Hyggelig vertskap som tok oss godt imot. Hit drar vi gjerne igjen!

Beautiful, comfortable apt. in sunny Nice

The apartment was immaculate. The central location was perfect as we walked everywhere. The simple design and declaration was comfortable. Thought had been put into providing all the necessary comforts. I would highly recommend.

Nice Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute and comfortable apartment. The view is just lovely and it was so nice to have breakfast or a sunset glass of wine on the terrace. The apartment was outfitted with everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful.

Home away from home in the heart of Old Town

This is a lovely tidy apartment with views of the ocean and promenade is just steps away. It was the perfect location to serve as home base while exploring the area. The suite includes everything you need, but bring travel beach towels if you plan to go to the public beach. Communication with Viveka was simple and very timely. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Promenade View

Great location just off the promenade and in the old section, due to location, don’t expect quiet nights as the promenade is noisy until after midnight. A/C did not work so be aware if you rent during the summer, ask first. Fortunately, we didn’t need it in early June. Best for a couple as second bedroom is not sufficient for anyone other than small children, but apartment is good for a couple. Could use a decent coffee maker, Nespresso would be nice

Delightful gem

Impeccably clean perfectly situated small apartment within easy walk of the sea and everything. Comfortable beds, charming little balcony with sea view for your breakfast/aperitif. We enjoyed a delightful stay here and hope to return soon.

Beautiful location

We loved staying here - great spot near the market and the beach, cozy apartment with everything we needed. The space was well suited to a family of 4. We loved the view, the brightness and the balcony. A trip highlight. A couple notes that kept our rating below 5 stars: - Bunk bed didn’t feel as sturdy as we would have liked. Our kids (11&14) were okay but I wouldn’t recommend for older teens or adults. - The apartment had blinds in most windows except the east facing one in the bedroom, so we were woken up by bright light early in the mornings - 2 of our party found the bedding uncomfortably scratchy. The other two didn’t mind it. Overall recommend!

Perfect Nice Rental

Apartment is in a perfect location to explore Vieux Nice! Steps to the Cours Saleya or to the Sea. Clean apartment with wonderful balcony. Communication with Viveka was excellent and made check-in and check-out very easy.

Awesome apartment

This was exactly as listed, no surprises. Very beachy type apartment with cute patio, and provisions for beach, cooking, laundering. The primary bedroom super nice with auto blinds, and spare room with bunk beds adequate (we took turns). Literally minutes from promenade and great restaurants. Directions to location could have been spelled out a bit better (big red door), but otherwise perfect for us. (Two childhood girlfriends at 61 years old) Viveka was very nice and quick to respond to communication And, helped me with my bags!! Thanks Viveka!! (1 small flight, then elevator)

Perfect place in a perfect location

This property is just amazing! The sea view is much better than expected. It was clean, well maintained and the location just off the promenade is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach in one direction and the old town in another. Check in process and communication throughout was faultless. We have stayed in quite a few places now around Europe and we rate this one the best. We will definitely return!!

Süsse Wohnung in hervorragender Lage

Einfach gut! Für uns die perfekte Lage. Waren drei Nächte dort. Hätten es aber auch noch länger ausgehalten. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Aus unserer Sicht uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Waren mit dem Auto in Nizza, Parkhaus quasi direkt neben der Tür!

Comfortable apartment in Old Nice with Balcony/elevator

We stayed 9 nights in this very comfortable, clean apartment in old Nice. It offered everything needed including a rare balcony and elevator in old town. AC worked well when needed. 1 block from beach. Restaurants and shops were right outside the door. The infamous Nice Market with amazing produce, flowers and antiques was one block away. Bed was large and comfortable Kitchen was supplied with everything needed. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Great location in Old Nice!

We enjoyed our stay in Old Nice at this apartment. The location was ideal! It is right across the street from some nice beach clubs and right in the mix of old town. The communication from our host was excellent, the amenities like the AC and washing machine worked well for us and we welcomed given the hot temps. I will say the place was a bit small our the 4 of us. We were under the impression that it had 2 bathrooms but in reality it has 1 bathroom with an extra shower in the main bedroom. If we were coming back to Nice as a couple, we would return to this apartment in a heart beat!

Un agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement à Nice. L’appartement est agréable et très bien situé. En descendant, nous avions accès à toutes les commodités ( boulangerie, bar, restaurant…) et à la promenade des Anglais. La climatisation est un vrai plus. L’accueil fut agréable. La communication avec l’hôte et les indications dans l’appartement sont en Anglais.

Exceptional views

The Opera apartment was the perfect stay for a long girls weekend in Nice! The location is unmatched and the balcony view is better than I could’ve expected. The host, Viveka, made the check in and check out process so easy and was very accommodating. The second room with bunk beds is very small, but workable. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect location

We stayed in this absolutely perfect rental for 6 days. Perfect location for shopping, day trips, beach days, dinners, train, night life. I can’t say enough! The check in and out was seamless! I will highly recommend this rental to family and friends!
