«Big shoutout to Bryan, Victoria and all the staff here. They were super friendly and accomodating during my first day in Nicaragua, making me feel welcome and helping me to settle in to the country. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and being looked after. Big shoutout to Bryan who helped me to practice my Spanish, order delivery food and organise my transport to Popoyo. You’re the man Bryan! Muchas gracias. I would definitely stay here again. »

«This property is in perfect condition. Room is spacious. Bathroom is spacious. Kitchen is big and accessible by the guests. Staff is very helpful. …. It would be perfect if it were just a bit closer to the city center and to shopping. I stayed here for 2 nights initially and extended a day. I feel relaxed here. »

«Great location. Nice staff. Hammocks to relax in and communal kitchen. Room was basic but to be expected for the bargain price and had everything you need. No air con but did have a very effective fan. Good wifi. Shower ok. Great value for money. Would stay again. »

Very nice hosts, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Very comfortable room (though missing AC, therefore too hot in May). Everything is very clean and well-maintained.

«The location is great - 2 minute walk to the beach and centre of town. The room and bed were huge, comfortable, clean and cool, and the balcony has a fantastic sea view. The kitchen is basic. We had to call to confirm our check in time as there is no one around when the house is empty. We were the only guests, so we believe this is why they moved us to Casa Andalucia which is an exceptional hotel (as long as you don’t mind the steep hill - which we climbed easily).»
