«A very nice place, no noise, with parking, the apartment and the facilities were clean, you can walk to the market and to the cathedral.»

«Our host was very attentive during our stay. The location is beautiful and intimate with lots of nature. We really loved the beach. The new highway makes getting around so quick and easy. The home was perfect, you can cook! We also had a very nice neighbor that helped with anything we needed and the guards are very attentive to all of our needs. We will be back!»

«En partie était bien dans l’ensemble. Vue sur la mer pas visible.»

«Excellent view, nice pool. Great property to relax at»

«We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was very comfortable and close to all the fun of San Juan del Sur. The hosts were accommodating and made helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. »

«Fantastic location. Clean property. Lots of fantastic people watching. The host communicates extremely well. I recommend this place for sure. »

«Everything is close by. Within minutes you will find what you want. Condo on a main street so does get very noisy at times. A BBQ on property was great !! Pool is large and is in shade/sun .. so is good. Other people are close by and with the busy street it is not the place if you want QUIET. Unit is in back corner of property so you have good privacy. Host was very accommodating, as 1 guest was in wheelchair and host was great in making some changes to be able to get around easily. Staff at the ...

«The apartment is nice, though it does need some remodeling. Marianela, the host, was very hospitable—an excellent person. The one exception was Sunday, when the power and water went out—though that is beyond the host's control and is a city issue. However, the place is cozy; just be sure to arrive in an SUV or off-road vehicle, as you have to drive up steep trails that a standard car wouldn't be able to handle.»

«Excelente propiedad, muy limpia y bien cuidada, está toda climatizada y fácil acceso »

«Place was dirty, we left after the first night. The host never answered our message and we are still waiting for a refund.»

«The place is amazing. Beach front, 5 meters from the swimming pool. Two rooms. 4 people max. Better for 3. Very well equiped kitchen. AC in every room and living room. The only thing that could be better is the matress I slept, not very confortable. Maybe they can change upon request. The other guests didnt complain.Important to know that if your main goal is to surf Colorados it is not very recomended because it is located in the opposite side of the beach, about 15 to 20 minutes walk. But a ...

«All amenities were fine. Not a single ounce of anything to start your day with. No salt, pepper or sugar. Strange, as this has never happened to us before. We found it interesting.»

«no habia corriente electrica como consecuencia nada trabaja no toallas no screnn en las puertas nuestra comida se dano»

«The unit was superb in all aspects. Clean, location, spacious, etc. Communication with Carly was easy. Would highly recommend and would love to reserve in my next vacation to the area.»

«Beautiful spot in a safe gated community with perfect barreling waves out front and a pool bar on the beach. Exactly as pictures show. Had a great trip.»

«I live part time in Nicaragua and know the resort/beach communities well, having rented homes and condominiums many times. Ricardo was a pleasure to work with, providing all the necessary details for trip prep and the stay, and was responsive to questions. His condominium was clean, well equipped, comfortable and offered a perfect stay. Everything was as shown on the website. I really was flawless. Many thanks Ricardo!»
