«Let me start with WE DIDN’T even stay at the property as it “dead bug” infested!!! The fact that this house is even listed on VRBO is shameful. We booked to stay in February for a fun ski weekend with our kids and it was not CLEAN. We have pictures to prove that there is NO WAY that this owner had been at the house to clean it before we arrived which is unacceptable (ie. Expired milk in refrigerator, ashes near the fireplace, and ALOT of Dead flies and all other sorts of bugs were on the stove, ...

«This is our go-to hotel for cross border shopping. It's located central to all the places we like to go to. It's quiet, staff are friendly, and most importantly the rooms are always clean. We don't look for a lot of frills as we basically only use the room to sleep; beds are comfortable which is also important. »

Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. «I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.»
