Welcome to our Beautiful New 3 Bed rooms house located inthe heart of Niagara. The house is centrally located with plenty of space and in a very quiet and welcoming neighborhood. We are 10 minutes drive away from the beautiful Niagara falls and 3 minutes drive to the 403 QEW Highway.

Large living room area with quality sofa and a fast and reliable internet service for leisure and work. Fully equipped kitchen with every cooking utensils for your usage

The place was extremely clean. Perfect for our girls weekend as it easily accommodated the 6 of us comfortably. It was a quick Uber ride to our destination on Stanley Ave. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay in a nice residential area close to Niagara Falls. Construction work on a new local school and further housing was ongoing but didn’t disrupt us. Kitchen and living areas were big enough for the four of us although would have been cramped for any more. Bedrooms were all a good size and comfortable. We had to clean some cutlery, plates and glasses on arrival but otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

Could have been better. Lots of noise. Towels were wet hanging on a hanger which we had to wash. We had 3 washcloths total for 3 nights.The dishes in the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it that were not washed. The wifi did not work in the one bedroom or phone. The tv kept muting and freezing up. Could hear every noise the neughbors made. The host was very good at communication and apologized for any inconviences. She also mentioned things we could have done to rectify the situation, however it was after the fact. It was upsetting because an apology was alot cheaper than the price of the stay! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. There was garbage in the front yard as well.

Great spot for a trip to the Falls

We came for a golf trip. The house was perfect for what we needed had all things you could need in a kitchen including an air fryer! The house was close to the falls (10 mins) quiet neighbourhood. I would only say that the beds were not my style of bed they are memory foam that’s the only thing I would say negative but that’s my choice. Overall great stay and the owner was great to deal with and very responsive!! Would stay again!

Had an amazing stay at this place! Communication with the host was super smooth from the start — they were responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. The townhouse itself was spotless and had a really modern, stylish vibe. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of, from the comfy beds to the fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect too — just a short drive to the falls and close to shops and restaurants, but tucked away enough to be quiet and relaxing. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

Up and coming development

This is a newer community that is still under construction. Very convenient to all local attractions. Owner was quick to respond when we noted there was no key to enter the house or remote for the tv in the 3rd bedroom. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Decent but would not stay again

The communication with the property owner was great, however when we arrived at the home it was obvious that this is strictly an income property and there’s little care to the maintenance and upkeep of the home, there were also many essentials missing in the home (ie: salt/pepper, baking sheet, bottle opener, can opener, plunger). The soap dispensers in the bathrooms were also full of water, not soap. The walls were marked up everywhere you looked and they were only primed, not painted. The towel bars in the bathrooms were barely attached to the walls, and the one in the ensuite had been completely ripped off the wall previously leaving two really bad patch jobs, and the curtain rod in the one bedroom was held on by one tiny screw (no anchors) and it fell from the wall during our stay. Two of the plastic vent covers upstairs were completely wrecked, it looked like someone put their foot right through them at one point. We also spent our stay without a coffee maker because an old filter with VERY old grounds was left in it and was FULL of mold which spread all over the lid and basket. It was disgusting! Luckily Tim’s was right there so we didn’t have to go without. The beds were firm but comfy and the wifi was really good. The curtains let a fair amount of light in upstairs but it wasn’t so bad that I needed a sleep mask. Generally speaking, having a 3 bedroom house with a washer and dryer in a decent area was great for our family of 5 but I would not stay there again.

Great stay

From the initial conversation with the host, it was a great experience. She answered all my questions regarding the location and distance to the amenities I needed to be around. The house was spacious and good size for 7 adults. It was very clean and presentable. Checking in and out was smart and no problem.

Six of us older adults that travel together once a year. We have stayed in many VRBO‘s. This one was a nice and convenient location for visiting Niagara Falls and surrounding areas. Not really conducive for six people to sit around the kitchen table and play games or have meals. More like for four people. The unit was fairly clean but not great. No towel bars in the bathrooms or hangars in the closets. Overall we had a nice get- together with our relatives.

Overall property suited our needs adequately. The property was clean but not spotless. There are a couple of errors in the listing - the is NO hottub and there are 2 full and 1 1/2 bath (not 3). The backyard is not sodded so just mud
