Fin resort på egen øy. Transport fra fastlandet med hotellets egne båter. Stort basseng, og strand rett ved siden av. Store rom med god utsikt

Hadde store problemer de første 3 dager på grund av matforgiftning, ble så tatt veldig godt vare på av hotellets personalet resten av vårt 3 ukers opphold

Beautiful sea, big pool, large hotel, but really bad food, and they almost only serve buffet, and the food is terrible ;/ I'm sorry, but good food is very important when traveling

The hotel is very beautiful with private beach and has different water sports such as parasailing, jet ski, kite surfing etc. the breakfast buffets are amazing, lots of good options. The food is so great and the transportation from and to the hotel are easy and convenient. The harbour which has various restaurants, stores, shopping mall and the price are reasonable.

As per advertising on Expedia, that this booking included 4 days amusement park, but the booking is completed there was no 4 days amusement park included, i have to pay extra for the amusements park at 3pm to play to 5:30pm in the water park and watch fhe night show since i am staying one night and flying off the next day henxe unable to book the amusement park for the next days. There is no understand for guest that stay there and the advertising is misleading.

Resort and service was incredible. Area of the whole island where the resort was located was beautiful including the beach. You can go to Nha Trang by speed boat 24/7 by speedboat and by cable car (until 11pm).

The breakfast buffet doesn't have many selections. Very much the same for every morning. Beside the breakfast buffet, the restaurant food is very pricey, too expensive. The hotel is very pretty, super clean, the beached has crystal clear water, sand beach. It is fun to swim and do some sport activities on the beach. Safeguard is always on duty. It is safe to swim. Staff are nice, polite and provide excellent service.

Service was horrible. We waited with 2 kids more than 20min before anyone came to see us. We are gold members and they refused to upgrade our room when all rooms were available. They asked us to pay to upgrade. We don't recommend this hotel at all. Luxury Vinpearl is a wayyyyy better choice for all aspects!

빈펄베이 숙소 괜찮았어요.
숙소는 깨끗했고, 샤워 필터는 이틀정도 부터 갈색이 나왔어요. 이건 나트랑에서 묵었던 다른 숙소 2군데와 동일한 수준이었어요. 샤워실 물이 잘 안빠진다거나 냉장고가 시원하지 않다거나 중간에 한 번의 짧은 정전이 있었던 점은 아쉬웠어요.

We had a great family vacation here. We stayed in a 3 bedrooms villa. The staffs were attentive and on time when we needed a lift. Variety of dining options. Would recommend to friends and family. We would come back for a longer stay in the future.

Overall a good stay. We were impressed with their service. We booked a room with a child. They have prepared a separate bed without us requesting upon check in. If you are planning to visit Vinpearl wonderland, will recommend to stay here to save time travelling. Breakfast spread was good. Hotel is clean.

3박 풀빌라 이용. 모든 직원들이 친절하고 숙소 상태도 멋지다. 메인풀 포함 수영장도 3-4개쯤 되는 것 같고 개인풀은 조금 작지만 아이와 놀기에 부족함이 없다.
