"We stayed here for four nights as a family of five, split between two rooms. We arrived late in the evening and had arranged airport transfer through the hotel. The service from the very beginning was excellent—they met us at the airport, handled all our luggage, and even provided bottled water. We were given a spacious 16‑seater taxi just for the five of us, which made the transfer very comfortable.
The hotel has its own reception area on the mainland near the gondola station. The staff welcomed us warmly, explained where to go, and took care of our luggage, transporting everything over to the island and directly to our rooms.
The hotel itself was impressive—truly a five‑star experience with five‑star service. The staff were consistently attentive and service‑minded. The property was clean, elegant, and spacious. The breakfast was outstanding, with a magical selection and exceptional quality in nearly everything offered. A real chef’s‑kiss experience.
The hotel grounds and facilities were fantastic, featuring large, beautiful pools and a lovely beach. The only downside was the usual “towel reservation” issue, where guests claimed sunbeds early in the morning without using them. This is, of course, not the hotel’s fault, but it was a minor inconvenience given the limited number of sunbeds.
Shuttle transport to VinWonders ran continuously, and we never experienced any real queues. It was efficient and convenient throughout our stay.
