We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent,right in the city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and reach restaurants, shops, and attractions within a short distance. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was very good. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. A special thank you to the receptionist, Hưng, who supported us with excellent advice both before and during our stay his professionalism and warmth truly made a difference.
There are just a few minor points that, if adjusted, could enhance the overall guest experience even further:
1. The check-in area was filled with wrinkled plastic folders, which created a somewhat cluttered and less welcoming first impression. A more streamlined, digital system could contribute to a more modern and organized atmosphere.
2. During dinner, the timing of the dishes was inconsistent. Some guests received their main course before the appetizer, while others were still waiting for their food. This improved noticeably when we pre-ordered lunch in advance, so coordination in the kitchen seems very possible.
3. A brief explanation of how to use the elevators during check-in would be very helpful. The system is not entirely self-explanatory, and clear guidance would prevent confusion for arriving guests.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort of the entire team.
