When we arrived back to the second part of the stay, our luggages were already in our room. Thanks to the staff for making our stay a fantastic one. »

«Fra ankomst til afrejse fra hotellet var servicen og høfligheden fra hotellets personale helt i top. Når jeg i løbet af mit ophold ankom eller forlod hotellet blev jeg mødt af en høflig portier ved indgangen med en bemærkning: "Have a nice day Sir!" Indtjekning tog kun et par minutter, da jeg havde booket og betalt inden ankomst. Af forskellige grunde fik jeg anvist en suite, og jeg skal da lige love for, at den var overvældende - noget af det bedste jeg har oplevet under mine mange rejser. ...

«All though this is a brand new hotel and it wasn’t 100% finished - it did not disappoint at all! All the staff were super helpful and service oriented, and open about it being newly built. They did their absolute best to accommodate, and I’d definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Hanoi. »

«Got there really early, some time around 7pm. Check-in was at 2pm, but the staff found us another room that was availible, though a bit more expensive. Super standard, really nice room and comfy bed. We sleps like babies! The bathroom had a see-through glass wall and the shower had plenty warm water, unlike a lot other places. »
