«The house is great and is very well appointed. The hosts have made every effort to make it feel like home. The kids loved the playground in the yard and shared the trampoline with the neighbors. Great for entertaining with plenty of dishes and utensils and pots and pans. Even an air fryer!! The hosts were great and answering any questions quickly and helped one of the other families recover a Christmas present left behind. Would stay there again next New Years! »

«My family and I needed a quiet place to stay while we met up with family for a funeral. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had plenty of room for 6 adults to mingle while also having space. It was close enough to the main road for access to everything we needed, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend.»

«We had a great stay here over Christmas - the house was perfect for what we needed - three families, close to attractions, comfortable, lots of communal space but also a space to step away so it didn't ever feel too crowded even though there were a lot of us. The kitchen was really well stocked - far better than most vacation rentals - so we could cook a large dinner quite easily. The host communicated clearly and was responsive to all contacts. It worked out perfectly. »

«It was good but upon arrival a dead roach was found in one of the bedrooms, a roach antenna coming from the top of the bathroom door downstairs , and the bathroom upstairs had a weird smell coming from the sink, underneath ALL the sinks were pretty dirty. There is no cleaning supplies, only a mop and a swiffer. But overall, was a good stay.»

«We arrived to NewPort news around 2:30 and checked into the home on 245 Chapel St. @ 3pm. Once I got my mother and family members settled in my husband and I went to the other home 701 Smith St. without complications. My husband and I were not impressive about the neighborhood or the distance from the home on Chapel St., which they stated that the homes were walking distance; approximately 7 minute drive across the town. The home on Smith St. was nicely clean on the inside. We slept there ...

«Everything was good. It was a nice place to lay our heads. We didnt use the kitchen much since we were 5min away from multiple family members, but the kitchen was stocked with everything except food of course, if we needed to use it. The small things I suggested the host responded to immediately. Great place, great host! »

«Great little home away from home. Came to visit my granddaughter that's in the Navy. Nice place to just sit and play games and visit. Couldn't get in at first but the owners answered the phone and took care of it right away. Would definitely stay here again!»

«It reminded me of my uncle's beachfront home in the 70's in Md. Nothing fancy but comfortable, private and a lot of good memories. Very nice beach is so close to the house and this location is convenient to get to everything. Make sure you try the steamed crabs at Graham and Rollins' Hampton Seafood market just 12 miles away.»
