«The good: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy though the bedding was super thin and threadbare. The bad: the room was not clean. There was hair, dried soap drips and a ring in the bathtub, the tv screen was smeared with some kind of grease and the floors were gritty. The ugly: the mattress slid off the frame when we put my small suitcase on it, requiring us to pull the bed away from the wall to put it all back together. «I checked in late that night, location’s a little hard to find maybe due to the weather and darkness. The room in general was just alright, tiny, the bed wasn’t comfy, there’s a little backyard that actually connected to the next door neighbor that I didn’t aware of but it was safe. Can’t say it’s dirty or messy but can’t say it’s clean and tidy either. Guess I would prefer hotel instead next time. »

I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility.
